Lisa Wells - Made our buying experience a pleasure . 5 STAR rating ! She was very knowledgeable of what we were looking for in a home. When I found the home we wanted Lisa helped us navigate several obstacles,during the buying process . She was very patient and understanding with me, Lisa was very responsive to communication .The best form of communication was text messaging [very fast response]on occasion we did talk in person or by phone. But she was quickest to respond to a text. Lisa not only showed us our new house once ,but several times at my request. She always showed up with a smile and acted very professional, you can tell Lisa enjoys her job and interacts well with her clients. Her skills at negotiating the offer to purchase and others things with the sellers was excellent. I felt that Lisa was working for me and that she was going to make every effort to assure we closed on the home that we wanted at the price point we wanted to spend. When we had problems with my own mortgage lender, she suggested her contact Suzy at Movement Mortgage this was the final obstacle we needed to purchase the hoe in a timely manner . So when Lisa listens to your needs and makes suggestions listen to her and take her advice, she has the knowledge and tools to make your shopping for a home and ultimate purchase of a home a pleasant experience.

Lisa is truly the best! We are a military family stationed overseas. It can be difficult to find a home without being there in person...but not with Lisa on your side. She answered emails almost immediately and took action. She even worked weekends to take pictures and videos of homes we were interested in so that we wouldn't miss the opportunity to make an offer if we liked them. We finally found our dream home and she worked diligently through all of the challenges to help us through the entire way from making the offer, working with companies to ensure repairs were complete, making sure the inspectors did their job, and then all the way through the closing process. We officially closed a couple weeks ago and Lisa is still involved in taking care of our home until we arrive. She even went back after the professional clean and made a beautiful video for us. She went above and beyond for us and we are incredibly thankful that she was our realtor. selling a house can be scary, when we found out we were leaving the local area I was worried that with so many nice homes in the area that it might be hard to sell. I was looking for a very knowledgeable agent, I had interviewed with another realtor before Lisa walked through our door she brought her A game she sat down and took her time going over NC laws and the whole selling process, she had already started to work for us before she stepped foot in our home, she was extremely friendly and helpful and I knew she was the right realtor for us. she is well informed on the area and has represented us through the process just beautifully we sold our home quickly and I can't say thank you enough.
